Payment Options
A credit card, check or cash is only accepted if paying for the registration fee or if you choose to pay for the entire season in one payment. Payment can be made after registering for classes and paying the required registration fee. If not paying in full, tuition only (NOT the registration fee) will be spread over nine monthly payments (or however many months are left in that Fall Season) which will be taken through automatic bank withdrawals on the 10th of every month. The first monthly class tuition and last monthly class tuition (May) will be taken out of your account on the 10th of September or the following month your child has registered for class, paid the required registration fee, and signed the ACH agreement. Class spots will be held once the registration fee has been paid, Student/Parent Agreement Signed, Full tuition payment made or ACH agreement signed. Monthly tuition remains consistent regardless of the number of weeks per month. Credit cards on a month-by-month basis WILL NOT be accepted. Monthly ACH Form can be obtained at Dance Legacy’s front desk.

Payment Options Pre-Pay for Summer
Our summer tuition can be paid for monthly in the form of cash, credit card or check. No ACH payments will be processed for summer classes at this time. However, please understand that a late payment fee of $25 will be added to your account if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. NO EXCEPTIONS
Student/Parent Agreement Form
All families will be required to fill out an agreement form every season before beginning classes at Dance Legacy. This form is available to fill out at our front desk.
Withdrawal Policy
To withdraw, one must inform the Office Manager or Director and complete a withdrawal form provided by the front desk by the 24th of the month to avoid your bank account being charged for further tuition fees. If the form is not received by the 24th of the month and signed, you will be responsible for the tuition of the dropped classes, regardless of attendance for the coming months until the form is submitted and signed. NO REFUNDS will be issue for any money paid to Dance Legacy this also includes yearly prepayments.
